The Challenge

At the moment there's a lack of support for U23 riders in the UK.

There are no men's UCI Continental teams and only one UCI race.

The UK racing scene is struggling, races aren't on closed roads and there aren't as many top level riders.

The Solution

Assemble a dedicated team of riders and support staff with some financial sponsorship to help get them racing.

Put together an exciting calendar with a variety of events including UCI one-day and stage races.

The Model

To start with our model is based on sustainability with modest financial support from cycling fans and sponsors.

Donations via Crowdfunder with additional matched funding from sports organisations.
